"6 of us stayed in mid-June. The bedrooms are spacious, the living room quite small. The apartment was very clean and had the essentials, including a washing machine. There is no air conditioning but there are a couple of fans, apart from one night we didn't suffer from the heat. The apartment is close to three different metro stations and therefore allows you to reach the points of interest in Paris comfortably. In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, bars and a supermarket. There is also a pastry-bakery right next to the door where you can have breakfast. The procedure for collecting and handing over the keys can be difficult, but it is a question of following the instructions strictly and calmly, we have not had any problems. I wrote several messages to communicate arrival times and other things, to which I always received a reply (in English) within 20 minutes."

"One of the bathrooms has only a toilet and a shower, while the sink is at the entrance to the apartment, for us it was not a problem but it is a somewhat particular arrangement. With little effort it would be possible to really improve the comfort of the apartment, for example by adding hooks for towels and shelves in the bathrooms and in the shower (you have to put everything on the floor). The ironing board, the vacuum cleaner and the bucket could be put in a wardrobe in one of the room (they are quite big) in order to have space for a piece of furniture for shoes or other. Furthermore, adding a mirror above the sink in the entrance and in the bedrooms at face height would not be bad."

"Key collection was stressful. If you are travelling by taxi or car , make sure you keep them waiting for you. Once you collect the key from location you have to walk for 5 min to appartment. We had to carry hour luggages. Also bathroom absolutely stinks."

"Arrival was terrible, the instructions to get the key were complicated. Then, there was no specific instructions for the apartment. The instructions ended when you entered the building. There was a secret mirrored door which led to a bin store and secret staircase. We initially tried the staircase we could see. We had to telephone the number given. The man was extremely condescending and very rude. A neighbour ended up helping us."

"The location was fantastic. 15 min walk from Garde Du Nord and 2 metro stops within a 10 minute walk. The local area was fantastic with a large array of boulangeries, cafes, restaurants and shops."

"לא אהבתי את זה שכדי לקבל את המפתח לדירה צריך להגיע לכתובת שונה מהכתובת של הדירה (המרחק של בערך 700 מטר) ואותו הדבר כדי להחזיר את המפתח. זה ממש לא נוח כשמגיעים לחופשה עם מזוודות להתחיל להתנייד ברחוב עם מזוודות כדי לקבל או להחזיר מפתח. כמו כן, באמבטיה המרכזית אין אוורור והיה ריח לא נעים שעלה מהביוב."
